Our Process
Inquiry
Call our office to speak with an intake coordinator who will listen to your concerns and take down some basic information. You will provide us with your child’s diagnosis of ASD and all pertinent insurance information. Sky Care ABA will then contact your insurance provider to assess your benefits and request authorization for the assessment and treatment of your child.
Assessment
Once authorization is approved, one of our highly qualified Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA’s) will contact you to schedule an assessment. The assessment will be used to create a personalized treatment plan directly related to your child’s individual skillset.
Processing
The treatment plan created by your BCBA is then submitted to request ongoing authorization for treatment from your insurance provider.
Schedule
Once approved, we consider each family’s needs and circumstances to create a schedule for treatment that works for you. Your team, which includes your BCBA, ABA therapists, and everyone at Sky Care ABA,
are rooting for you and your child!
